Our work is based on techniques that have proven to be successful in developing individually crafted enduring solutions specifically for each client’s application. Basing our analysis on the view that an effective process delivers long term productive performance, we focus on the process as the basis for improvement. By identifying the key characteristics of effective processes, we have been successful in building a sense of identity and a growing feeling of ownership and participation in the operation. By developing a measurement culture we begin to attach value to "why things happen", creating a culture based on fact rather than opinion.
